Negative: The apartment didnt have air conditioning. It was 28 degrees and became very uncomfortable and claustrophobic

Poor communication
Positive: Fantastic location
Negative: Very poor communication. The door wouldn't lock from inside so had to spend 4 nights with a suitcase behind the door - NOT acceptable! Sent several messages to report it - no reply.
The fans in both bathrooms didn't work and the toilet seat in the main bathroom was dodgy.
Nice apartment that could have been fantastic but unfortunately it wasn't.
